I sing, I dance, I play the ukulele. I am a one man band.

Leaf Windmills

28 Oct

I hear snow angels are pretty fun. In the meantime I invented leaf windmills.

Ghouls and gourds

27 Oct

No one expected the Halloween festival at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens (Ghouls and Gourds) would be attended by King Kong. I wavered between taking control of the Empire State Building and flashing my dimples at every passerby.

Can you tell me how to get…

26 Oct

It’s a chilly Saturday morning here. Daddy brought the bagels to me and momma this morning. And I was formally introduced to Elmo, Big Bird, Count Dracula, and Cookie Monster. I squealed, danced, smiled, and vegged out a bit too. Runs in the family.

The playgrounds and stoops on Sesame Street sure look a lot like the ones in my neighborhood.

Lazy Fall Sunday

21 Oct

The trees here are just magnificent. I love reading with my daddy especially so I can show off my animal noises (and belly). If you look closely, you’ll see I am putting a square peg in a square hole. Brilliant! Also, we are wrapping up grilling season but not without a bang.

Big Apple Picking

20 Oct

Today we got a car and left town! We hiked Bear Mountain, picked apples, then stopped by Stone Barns all to “leaf peep” while the colors are peaking. For the record, we picked the same apple farm that Carmello Anthony picked. And the same time.

More pics to come.

Bear Mountain

I saw a deer.  I felt so ‘city’ with my jaw dropped and everything…

The Apple Don’t Fall Too Far From the Tree

19 Oct

Or in this case, the apple never gets too far from my mouth.
